Hubpanel provides email routing services, including but not limited to:

  • Email address aliases (e.g., [email protected])
  • Automatic forwarding of emails to configured webhooks via HTTP POST
  • Basic email parsing and payload delivery as form-data

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Ensure that your webhook endpoints are secure, functional, and able to handle the incoming POST data
  • Handle and store any received data (including personal data or attachments) in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations

4. Webhook Usage

You are solely responsible for:

  • The security and availability of your webhook endpoints
  • Filtering, storing, or acting upon data received via Hubpanel
  • Preventing unauthorized use of forwarded content

Hubpanel is not liable for missed, delayed, or malformed requests due to issues with your server or configuration.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

Hubpanel processes email content, metadata, and attachments only for the purpose of delivering them to your configured webhook. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Attachments

If an email includes attachments, Hubpanel may forward them as:

  • Downloadable URLs in a JSON array (default)
  • Uploaded files via multipart/form-data (if enabled)

You are responsible for ensuring that file content does not violate copyright, intellectual property, or data protection laws.

7. Fair Use & Limits

Usage of the Service is subject to fair use and plan-based limits. Excessive use may result in temporary suspension, throttling, or termination.

8. Termination

Hubpanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, especially in cases of:

  • Abuse or misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Activities that interfere with service availability or security

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Hubpanel makes no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or error-free operation.
